Ages 4 to 12 are welcome. With or without any previous experience with Jiu-Jitsu or Self-Defense. They will learn Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Kickboxing, as well as fitness and agility drills.

Daily Schedule for Spring & Summer Camps

9am: Drop Off

9:15–10am: Gi Jiu-Jitsu

10–10:15am: Snack Break

10:15–11am: Game Time

11–Noon: GracieFit (Fitness/Agility)

Noon–1pm: Lunch

1–1:45pm: No Gi Jiu-Jitsu

1:45–2:15pm: Game Time

2:15–3pm: GracieStriking (Kickboxing)
